Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Location
We ship all products from our fulfillment center at:
- EcoFulfillment, 7886 Deering Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91304, USA.
2. Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery, including:

- Amazon Logistics
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day. During peak seasons (e.g., holiday periods), processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 1 PM PST will be fulfilled the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
5. Shipping Days
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on several factors, including:
- Shipping destination
- Order weight and size
- Shipping method selected
Special Offer: For individual customers (B2C), shipping is free on all orders until December 31, 2024!
7. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Typical delivery times range between 2-5 business days for standard shipping within the United States.
8. Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. You will be able to review the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in FootWave products, please contact our support team at support@footwave.com for further information.
