Returns and Refunds Policy
At FootWave, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and ease when it comes to processing returns, whether you’re an individual or a business customer.1. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:- Step 1: Complete the return form available at FootWave Returns or download the PDF version from FootWave Returns PDF.
- Step 2: Send the completed form by email to returns@footwave.com.
2. Return Authorization (RA)
All returns require a valid RA number. Once the RA number is issued, you can proceed with the next steps of the return process.3. For Individual Customers (B2C)
- No Product Return Required: In cases where your return request is accepted, there is no need to physically return the product. Instead, you must destroy the product (e.g., by cutting it in half) and submit a photo as proof via the return form.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged with you.
4. For Business Customers (B2B)
- Product Return Process: Business customers must return the product to FootMedical Inc. following the guidelines specified in the Business Terms of Cooperation.
- Credit Memo or Refund: Refunds will be issued through a Credit Memo that can be applied to future purchases. For returns due to defects, business customers may opt for a Credit Memo or a direct refund.
5. Restocking Fees (B2B)
- A $3 restocking fee will apply for each returned item.
- If the item is returned with additional labels or packaging, a $6 restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund or Credit Memo.
6. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original state will not be accepted for returns.7. Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of return approval. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.8. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
